
PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES AFE BABALOLA @ 92
Chancellor of Afe Babalola University and a distinguished lawyer, Afe Babalola turned 92 on October 30. President Bola Tinubu honoured Babalola on Monday.
His “courage and versatility have impacted generations, inspiring and growing many leaders within and outside the country,” he said of the distinguished legal scholar, describing him as a visionary leader.
The birthday greeting from President Tinubu was included in a statement headed “President Tinubu celebrates Chief Afe Babalola at 92,” which was signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.
“President Tinubu notes, with deep appreciation, the large-heartedness of Aare Babalola as he provides opportunities for many to find and fulfil their dreams in different areas of life, especially in education, as well as his contributions to raising the standards of Medicare by sponsoring research and providing medical facilities,” said Ngelale.
Therefore, he wished Aare Babalola many more years in good health and in the service of humanity.
