
3SC CHIEF SALUTES SUPPORTERS AFTER BIG WIN AGAINST TORNADOES
The Executive Chairman of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan, Honourable Babatunde Olaniyan Akoro, has praised the supporters and fans of the Oluyole Warriors for their massive turnout to support the team as they defeated Niger Tornadoes FC of Minna.
The chief, while saluting the club’s backers for standing behind the team since the league started, said their presence during Sunday’s matchday seven fixture against the visitng Tornadoes, encouraged the players in no small means.
“I want to thank our teeming supporters and fans for turning up to support the team during the match against Niger Tornadoes.
“Despite the disappointing defeat in Ikenne during the midweek, they still demonstrated their love and belief in us and this we really appreciate”, said the former Deputy Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly.
“Equally, I wish to use this medium to reassure all our supporters and fans across the globe that we will not disappoint them as the season progresses”.
Honourable Olaniyan, a retired referee, also commended motorbikes owners for complying with the arrangement put in place by the management for security and safety purposes.
