50TH BIRTHDAY: IKOSI-ISHERI YOUTHS HOLD WALK FOR MAYORESS BADA

….. reaffirms her commitment to the development of the LCDA
The Youths of the Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area, in commemoration of the forthcoming 50th birthday celebration of the Chairman, Mayoress Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, organized a tribute walk from the Centre for Management Development (CMD) compound down to the council secretariat.
The walk which featured free healthcare services, was held on Saturday, amidst singing and dancing to appreciate the good works that the Mayoress has been doing since she assumed office as council chairman.
After the walk, the youth council of Ikosi-Isheri branch presented a gift to the Mayoress, as they praised her relentless effort and exemplary leadership in developing the interests of the Local Government while, advising her to keep up with the good work and also, to continue taking the interest of the youth as paramount.
The youths of Ikosi-Isheri however, encouraged her to continue doing what she knows how to do best
Mayoress Bada while expressing her happiness, thanked everyone for coming out in their numbers to celebrate her.
She reiterated her commitment to serving the youths and entire people of Ikosi-Isheri as she seized the opportunity to invite all and sundry to celebrate her fifth decade on earth.
“I’m overwhelmed by the turnout of the crowd today. This gesture has made me believe that they all love me and with this, I reaffirm my commitment in serving you and having your best interest at heart, like my slogan implies, ‘My heart is where my community is’.
I will continue to say thank you to Almighty Allah, for allowing me witness the fifth decade. I would also like to appreciate the president of Nigeria, President Bola Tinubu, the executive Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the entire people of Ikosi-Isheri, my committee of friends and well wishers for their support and always standing by me at all time.”
Mayoress Bada, in her closing remark, wished all Nigerians a Merry Christmas and happy new year in advance.
Meanwhile, Eyinka Infinity, a friend to the Mayoress, extends her wishes to the LCDA chairman, by wishing her many more years on earth.
Kikelomo Obenbe, another friend however, describes the Mayoress as an exceptional dependable friend, while also praying for long life and prosperity in good life.
