LASRO HOLDS WORKSHOP TO REVIEW Y2023 PERFORMANCE
Lagos State Resilience Office (LASRO) has organised a workshop on the review of the performance of its activities in the last quarter of 2023 and ascertain the extent of progress around various government efforts.
Dr. Folayinka Dania, the Lagos State Chief Resilience Officer (CRO) stated this in her address at the forum held recently at the Colossus Hotel, Opebi-Ikeja, noting that the workshop was organised for representatives of Ministries Departments and Agencies (MDAs) handling the various initiatives in the Lagos Resilience Strategy to measure the progress achieved during the period under review.
She reiterated the need to leverage collaborative engagements among Ministries, Departments and Agencies to achieve much more against the limited scope and horizon of silos. The CRO also appreciated Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu for providing necessary leadership as well as his demonstration of commitment to the implementation of the Lagos Resilience Strategy.
While welcoming participants to the workshop, Mrs. Oluwatoyin Bamigboye, Director of Administration and Human Resources thanked everyone for their attendance, charging them to be very objective and participate effectively during the review to collectively achieve the present administration’s vision of a #Greater Lagos
All representatives of MDA reported success stories around their respective initiatives and praised Mr. Governor for his commitment to serving Lagosians, urging him not to relent in his efforts.
