VIDEO: COURT TO DETERMINE BISHOP FEYI DANIEL’S FATE TODAY OVER ALLEGED RAPE

Justice Ramon Oshodi, of the Special Offences Court in Ikeja, is delivering judgement on the Rape, sexual assault and attempted rape case against the founder and senior pastor of ‘I reign ministry’, Oluwafeyiropo Daniel popularly known as Bishop Feyi Daniel.
Bishop Daniel, is facing a four-count charge bordering on the Rape, Sexual Assault and Attempted Rape.
Regarding count 1 bordering on rape, the court finds him guilty of the charge under section 260(2) of the criminal law of Lagos 2015.
“Prosecution has established all the rape cases against the defendant according to section 135 (1), of the evidence act.”
His sentencing is currently underway as judgement is still been read.
Earlier when the matter was called, it was stood down until power was restored.
