RANDLE GENERAL HOSPITAL HONOURS STAFF FOR EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE
The Randle General Hospital, Surulere, in recognition of the selfless services to patients of the hospital last year, has presented awards to some of the Staff of the Anaesthetics Department of the hospital, just as other outstanding officers in the Junior and Senior categories were recognised.
In his address at the presentation ceremony done during the first 2024 Staff Assembly held recently at the facility, the Medical Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital, Dr. Olumide Sojinrin promised to continue to focus on creating an atmosphere that will enhance improved service delivery among health workers and staff of the hospital.
Sojinrin appreciated all members of the workforce for their support and cooperation throughout last year, just as he equally commended the patients for believing in and trusting the hospital for quality healthcare delivery.
He, however, encouraged members of staff to keep up the good work especially in the area of quality service delivery to patients at all times.
On his part, the Head of Admin and Human Resources, RGH, Mr. Wole Adeyemi emphasised the need for a periodic staff orientation exercise towards actualising the hospital’s vision, mission and core values.
He pointed out that all members of the workforce must inculcate and exhibit a positive attitude towards patients, especially through empathy, teamwork, timeliness and promptness at duty posts.
The Head of the Physiotherapy Department, Mr. Adeolu Babatunde also enlightened staff on how to scan the “Quick Response” (QR) codes for both In & Outpatients for the enhancement of the patient satisfaction survey.
