
HAMZAT CHARGES FELLOWS OF LJLA TO EMBRACE INNOVATIVE THINKING
The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat recently paid a working visit to the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA), urging its fellows to embrace innovative thinking as a cornerstone of effective leadership.
The visit commenced with a tour of the academy, where the Deputy Governor was welcomed by the LJLA Executive Secretary, Mrs. Ayisat Agbaje-Okunade, Academy Officials and Fellows.
While engaging in vibrant discussions with the Fellows, Hamzat emphasised the critical role of innovation in addressing the complex challenges facing society today.
While noting that innovation is the engine that drives progress and transformation, the Deputy Governor advised the academy’s fellows to harness their creativity and vision to pioneer solutions that drive positive change in their communities and beyond.
Hamzat commended the Executive Secretary for her dedication to excellence in leadership development, reiterating the government’s unwavering support for initiatives aimed at empowering youth and fostering a culture of leadership across all sectors of society.
Agbaje-Okunade thanked the Deputy Governor for his invaluable visit and inspiring words. While reflecting on His message of embracing innovative thinking, she restated the academy’s dedication to nurturing future leaders who will transform the Public Sector.
