TINUBU TO COMMISSION ROADS, GEOMETRIC POWER PLANT IN ABIA
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will on Monday, February 26 commission another set of three roads rehabilitated by the Governor of Abia State, Alex Chioma Otti.
This was announced in a release signed by the State Commissioner of Information and Culture, Prince Okey Kanu, made available to newsmen on Saturday morning.
The exercise is the President’s first commissioning of a road constructed by the current set of governors in Nigeria.
The statement by the Abia government partly stated: “The roads to be commissioned are; Omoba road, Jubilee road and Queens street in Abia state.
“It equally marks the 9th road being commissioned in Aba since Dr Alex Otti, OFR, took over the reins of power in the state eight months ago.
“This exercise is in addition to the commissioning of the Geometric Power Plant in Aba on Monday, February 26th by Mr President; a power plant that will provide uninterrupted power supply to Aba and its environs.
