The Executive Secretary, Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA), Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi recently emerged as the winner of the prestigious “7 Wonder Women” Award organised by Guardian Newspaper at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The keenly contested category for Inspiring Leadership in the Public Service Sector had other prominent and outstanding female nominees who had distinguished themselves in leadership and public service across the country.
Receiving the award from Lady Maiden Alex Ibru, the Publisher of Guardian Newspaper, Vivour-Adeniyi thanked the organisation for the recognition and appreciated the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his immense support to the Agency, as well as for being a true “HeforShe” champion who walks the talk.
She used the opportunity to also encourage any victim or survivor of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence to realise that they are not alone and that there is help for them in Lagos State.
