PERMANENT SECRETARY LANDS BUREAU ADVOCATES TEAMWORK AMONG STAFF
Staff members of the Lands Bureau have been urged to show commitment and foster teamwork among themselves, in a bid to turn the operational activities of Lagos State Lands Bureau around to enhance productivity and ensure efficient and effective Service delivery,
The Permanent Secretary, Lands Bureau, Mr. Kamar Olowoshago gave the charge at a three-day Team Bonding and Work-Life balance exercise organised for the staff of the Bureau and held recently at Jubilee Chalet Epe, urging the participants to promote synergy and commitment among themselves
Mr. Olowoshago, while advocating for cooperation among staff regardless of levels and cadres, stressed that the success of the Bureau’s mission to establish a culture of excellence and efficient delivery depends on the unity and teamwork of everyone.
According to him, with team effort, greater impact can be achieved in the Bureau’s vision of “Making Lagos a 21st Century Economy” in line with the THEMES Plus Agenda of Mr. Governor.
Outlining some benefits of teamwork, the Permanent Secretary encouraged all members of staff to collaborate across Departments and Units, emphasising that fostering teamwork builds trust, improves communication and increases innovations.
Participants were taken through a series of knowledge-sharing sessions with presentations from facilitators who stressed the significance of communication, teamwork and taking responsibility.
The highlights of the programme include the engagement of staff members in games, physical exercise, intellectual brainwork and various recreational activities.

Affairs, Mrs Ololade Aina as well as General Manager, New Towns Development Authority, TPL. Olakunle Aboyeji and the General Manager, Lagos State Parks and Garages Agency, Mrs. Adebisi Adelabu.
