
LAGOS GOVT ORDERS IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF LANDMARK BEACH KIDS, BAY AREA, OTHERS

The Lagos State Government has ordered the immediate removal of Landmark Beach Resorts.
This development follows a publication of two National Newspapers on Friday, 15th and Saturday 16th of March, 2024 for the construction of 103km stretch of the 700km Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway by the Federal Ministry of Works in Collaboration with the Lagos State Government.
According to the state government, in a statement signed by the Deputy Director (Development Matters Dept.), Tpl. Somolu, the affected portion shall be removed in overriding public interest to pave way for the road construction project from seven days of serving the notice.
