
JUST IN: FIRE RAZES PART OF POPULAR DOSUNMU MARKET ON FIRE AGAIN
A fire has destroyed the well-known Dosunmu market in Idumota, Lagos State’s Lagos Island Local Government Area.
It was discovered that the incident happened on Tuesday at 11:10 a.m. because of a generator explosion.
In a brief statement, Amodu Shakiri, the head of public education for the Lagos State Fire Service, acknowledged the occurrence to reporters.

He said that the fire was affecting a two-story building and that firefighters from the Lagos State Fire Service were on the spot right now, trying to stop more deaths.
“Fire service personnel are on the scene right now in an effort to put out the fire and prevent more deaths. The building was two stories high. We’ll be sharing information about the fire shortly,” he said.
