The Katsina Governor also swore in the immediate past Head of Service, Usman Isiyaku, as Special Adviser on Public Service Reforms and member of the State Executive Council.
After giving the appointees the oath of office and the pledge of allegiance in the Katsina Government House Chamber, Governor Radda addressed the crowd during the swearing-in ceremony and said that the Special Adviser and the new Head of Service were both appointed on merit.
In order for them to provide for the advancement of the state, he urged all of the permanent secretaries to collaborate with the new head of service.
The governor of Katsina stated that the state government had a lot of work to do and that time was the main obstacle facing the current administration.
Governor Radda turned to the Special Adviser and said he was a dedicated and reliable man, so much so that the state government decided to keep him on board so they could benefit even more from his extensive background.
