WORK TO RESUME ON ABUJA-KANO ROAD THIS WEEK – UMAHI
The Minister of Works, Engr. David Umahi, has announced that work on the Abuja-Kano Road project will resume this week.
Umahi said this at a meeting with contractors in Abuja, on Tuesday.
He explained that the ministry has resolved outstanding issues it had with the contractors handling sections of the road project.
According to the minister, “work will resume on the Abuja-Kano road project this week.”
Work on the project was stalled after disagreements over price variations, delays and funding challenges.
