CAF CONFEDERATION CUP: EL-KANEMI TO FACE BENINIOSE OPPONENT, ENYIMBA DRAWN BYE
El-Kanemi Warriors will face Beninoise club, Dadje FC in the preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup.
El-Kanemi will host the first leg, while the reverse fixture is slated for Benin Republic.
The first and second legs will be played next month.
The winner over two legs will face former champions RS Berkane of Morocco in the second preliminary round.
Nigeria’s other representative in the competition Enyimba will start the competition from the second preliminary round.
The People’s Elephant will take on the winner of Guinea’s Haifa FC and Rahimo of Burkina Faso in the second preliminary round.
Enyimba and El-Kanemi Warriors will look to make history by becoming the first Nigerian club to win the CAF Confederation Cup.
