TINUBU NAMES ADEYANJU NATIONAL LOTTERY TRUST FUND BOSS
President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Mr. Tosin Adeyanju as the new Executive Secretary of the National Lottery Trust Fund.
This was announced in a statement on Saturday by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.
Adeyanju succeeds Bello Maigari, who former President Muhammadu Buhari reappointed in March 2023.
The President described Adeyanju as “an accomplished administrator, and good governance advocate.”
Tinubu said he expects the new Chief Executive Officer to “ensure transparency and efficiency in the operations of the agency to actualize the objective of the NLTF as a driver of good causes in Nigeria.”
The National Lottery Trust Fund was established under section 35 of the National Lottery Act 2005 by the Federal Government of Nigeria to facilitate national development.
