FORMER SUPER EAGLES BOSS, PESEIRO SET FOR COACHING RETURN TO KUWAIT
Former Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro been linked with the Kuwaiti national team job.
According to the Arab Times, Peseiro is the leading candidate for the position.
The Kuwait Football Association want the former Saudi Arabia and Venezuela coach to take charge of the Blue Wave in the decisive qualifying round for the FIFA 2026 World Cup.
The Blue Wave are in Group B with South Korea, Oman, Iraq, Palestine, and Jordan.
The Portuguese left his role as Super Eagles head coach at the end of February.
The 63-year-old has been linked with a return to the post.
Saudi club Al Riyadh are also reportedly interested in the gaffer.
