PROTEST DAY 2: NORMALCY RETURNS AS BUSINESSES OPEN EARLY IN IBADAN
Normalcy seems to have returned to Ibadan metropolis as commuters and citizens are back on the streets early Friday morning, Vanguard observed.
The day one of the nationwide protest witnessed sit-at-home in Ibadan and businesses were closed because of uncertainty of the day.
However, day 2 of the August protest has taken another dimension.
Findings by Vanguard to some areas on Friday morning indicated people have begun going about their daily businesses.
PROTEST DAY 2: SECURITY OPERATIVES AND PROTESTERS CLASH IN GWAGWALADA
Locations visited included, popular Idi-Ape junction, Bashorun roads, Ashi Road, General Gas area, Kolapo Ishola communities, Elewi- odo , Amuda Ojere, along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in Ibadan.
