
MAN ARRESTED OVER ATTACK ON MOSQUE IN NORTHERN IRELAND

After an attack on a mosque in County Down, Northern Ireland, a man has been taken into custody.
Early on Saturday morning, there was an attack on the mosque located on Greenwell Street in Newtownards.
According to the report, Sunday’s searches at two Newtownards residences resulted in the 42-year-old man’s detention by the police investigating the incident.
Suspected of several charges, including attempted intimidation, petrol bomb possession, and arson, he was taken into custody.
