BBNAIJA S9: STREEZE, FLOURISH EVICTED AS BIGGIE SCRAPS CUSTODIAN CHALLENGE, RESTORE IMMUNITY FOR HOH
Big Brother Naija season 9 pairs, Streeze and Flourish, have been evicted from the big brother house.
This marks the first time in the current season that two partners leave the program on the same night, as Biggie brings a new twist to the game.
The producers of the BBNaija reality program have revealed several changes to the regulations for the current season, introducing new dynamics to the game.
These modifications follow the introduction of various twists in BBnaija Season 9, including as the Custodian Challenge, the Head of House (HOH) ballot, and the ability for housemates to vote on the eviction of the bottom four pairs.
The original rules had granted Custodians the power to influence evictions and the HOH ballot, while they themselves were exempt from eviction.
During Sunday’s live broadcast, host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu informed that Biggie has discontinued the Custodian Challenge and the HOH ballot.
Additionally, housemates will no longer be able to vote for the elimination of the bottom four pairings.
In a return to traditional gameplay, Biggie reintroduced immunity for the Head of House, ensuring that they cannot be removed while in power.
However, the HOH will no longer have the ability to “save and replace” a nominated housemate.
According to the most recent regulations, housemates will now nominate each other for eviction, with fans having the last say through public vote.
