OYO APC CHAIRMAN OMODEWU IS DEAD
Hon. Isaac Omodewu, the chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State, has passed away.
It is reported that on Sunday, August 16, 2024, he passed away in the United States.
Though there have recently been rumors about his health within the party, the specifics of his death are still unknown.
Omodewu was reportedly sent to a US hospital in the latter part of last year due to his serious condition.
In a phone call on Monday, Wale Sadare, the APC Public Secretary for Oyo State, confirmed his passing to Channels Television.
He claimed that Omodewu, who was sixty-one years old, passed away early on Sunday.

Sadare further mentioned that the deceased had been in the United States getting treatment for an illness that was kept a secret, but that he finally fell victim to death’s merciless grasp.
The funeral arrangements have not yet been finalized by the family, he said.
