GRANADA SIGN REINIER JESUS ON SEASON-LONG LOAN FROM REAL MADRID
Real Madrid have announced the departure of midfielder Reinier Jesus on a season-long loan to Granada C.F. until 30 June 2025.
Reinier Jesus is set for another loan spell away from Real Madrid.
“Real Madrid CF and Granada CF have agreed to loan player Reinier for this season, until June 30, 2025,” the statement from the club read.
Reinier, 22, has been at Real Madrid since January 2020 but is yet to make his senior debut for the club.
The Brazilian prospect, who arrived from Flamengo in a deal worth €30 million, has spent the past four years on loan at Borussia Dortmund, Girona, and Frosinone.
Earlier this week, Carlo Ancelotti made it clear that Reinier wasn’t in the club’s immediate plans and encouraged the Brazilian midfielder to find a team where he can truly showcase his talents.
On deadline day, the attacking midfielder has secured a loan move to second-division side Granada.
Having not had the best of luck during his past loan spells, Reinier will be hoping that things go better for him this time around and that he is able to make a big impression on the Real Madrid administration.
