NPFL: HEARTLAND STRENGTHEN SQUAD WITH 30 NEW PLAYERS
Heartland FC have announced the signing of thirty new players for the new season.
Following their reinstatement into the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), the Naze Millionaires verified the new players’ arrival.
It was gathered that Heartland was allowed to join the NPFL when Beyond Limits Academy was unable to fulfill the necessary standards to compete in the top division.
The new players signed are Elvis Ori from Bayelsa United, Kelvin Ogunga (Bayelsa United), Udochukwu Anumudu (Abia Warriors), Louis Umoh Anthony (Heartland Feeders), Alex Godwin (Niger Tornadoes), Julius Namitanie, Chukwudi Agor, Olanrewaju Molade, Nnemeka Nkwo, Samuel Wisdom, and Offor Chibueze (Giant Brillars).
Others are Adoh Chuks Frank from De First Atlanta, Ebuka Nwokoecha from Diamond FA, Ikwu Ejike (Rangers), Osinachi Wilson (Eagle Eye), Ezra David (Superstar FA), Uchenna David (Foster FA), Bobo Chubuike from Dynamic Shuttle, Onuwa Temple Chigozirim, Chikamso Obasi (De Gideons FA), Bobo Chubuike (Dynamic Shuttle), Onuwa Temple Chigozirim, Nkemakolam Chigozie, Godwin from Umuakuma FA, Chukwuma Chinedu from Taiye Academy, Kelvin Onah from Legacy Stars, Samuel Wisdom from Giant Brillars Emmanuel, Charles from Rangers, Joshua Odo from Rangers, Suraju Lawal from Giant Brillars, and Chukwuma Agoha, Obinna Okere, Benjamin Victor, and Chukwuma Agor are from Brighter Tomorrow FC.
Meanwhile, former Golden Eagles’ captain Emmanuel Amunike will lead the club in the new season.
Heartland will face Enyimba in their opening fixture of the season.
