Nigeria thrashed Benin Republic 3 goals to nil during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers match that took place at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium on Saturday.
Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen were on target for the Super Eagles of Nigeria against the Cheetahs of Benin.
It was Super Eagles’ Ademola Lookman that broke the deadlock in the first half, while Osimhen extended the lead for the Super Eagles with a sumptuous goal.
Lookman added the third goal to seal the victory for Nigerian team.
