WHY MONEY CAN CHANGE MAN’S CHARACTER – FEMI JACOBS
Actor Femi Jacobs has expressed his opinions on how riches changes people.
He asserts that it is impractical to assume that people won’t alter when money is involved.
Only self-righteous people, according to Jacob, have this expectation.
Even the most well-meaning people change when they become extremely wealthy, he claimed.
The actor made reference to religious passages, pointing out that God recognizes money (Mammon) as a competitor for human love.
Jacob emphasised that this truth is often denied, but ultimately, wealth can alter one’s perspective and behaviour.
“Why do people always expect that people wouldn’t change when money enters the picture? That’s self-righteousness at its peak. Even you won’t remain the same after you make a certain size of fortune. I know we would argue otherwise strongly. But this is the truth, so much so that the only competition for Man’s heart God knows HE has is nothing else but money (mammon)”, he wrote on X.
