NINIOLA SHARES INSPIRATION BEHIND REACHING OUT TO SARZ
Singer Niniola has explained why, early in her career, she contacted well-known producer Sarz.
In a recent interview with Pulse NG, Niniola discussed the factors that sparked her career and said that winning music competitions was the reason she decided to pursue music professionally.
Niniola made her debut after competing in several competitions and winning N2 million on Project Fame.
Determined to make a lasting impression, the young singer looked into leading Nigerian producers and came across Sarz, who is known for his extraordinary talent.
She claimed that after being impressed by Sarz’s reputation, she contacted him to work with him in search of a sound that would suit her love of dancing and singing.
She said: “After jumping from one music competition to another, I landed on Project Fame and I got my prize money of N2 million and decided to make music my career.
“I sought out the top Nigerian music producers, and Sarz was at the top of the list when I checked google. That’s how I reached out to him. I wanted a sound that could accommodate singing and dancing because I love to dance and sing because it gives me the freedom to be who I want to be and on my own terms”.
