TINUBU PRESIDES OVER FEC MEETING
The Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting is being chaired by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the State House’s Council Chambers in Abuja.
The current meeting takes place one week after the President cancelled the one that was supposed to take place last Wednesday due to the passing of Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja, the late Chief of Army Staff.
Vice President Kashim Shettima, President Femi Gbajabiamila’s chief of staff; Mrs. Didi Walson-Jack, the head of the Federation’s civil service; and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation’s (SGF) representative are all present at the meeting, which began at 1:11 p.m.
Almost all Ministers and other members of the cabinet are also attending.
