ADELEKE MAKES WORKERS’ WELFARE A TOP PRIORITY

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has reaffirmed his dedication to the state’s government servants’ well-being and promised to keep working on projects that will make their lives better. While speaking to employees in Osogbo, Osun State, on Monday, the governor made this commitment.

They greeted him with drumming and dancing at the Government Secretariat. Abere expressed gratitude for the new N75,000 minimum pay for Adeleke and reaffirmed his dedication to the state’s civil servants’ well-being, promising to keep working on projects that will enhance their quality of life.They do.

The workers had gathered in large numbers at the Secretariat gate early on Monday, anticipating Adeleke’s arrival.

They were headed by Abimbola Fasasi, the chairperson of the Trade Union Congress, and Christopher Arapasopo, the chairperson of the Nigeria Labour Congress. After waiting for hours, the governor’s vehicle finally came, and the workers escorted him to his office in the Bola Ige House, where he spoke to them.

The NLC chairman, Arapasopo, outlined the Adeleke administration’s numerous accomplishments in the area of workers’ welfare since its founding prior to the governor’s speech.

Arapasopo said, “Mr Governor has made landmark achievements that have touched the hearts of every Osun worker. We, therefore, gather here to show our appreciation for Mr Governor’s uncommon care and support for workers. We are hereby declaring that come 2026, there is no vacancy in Abere Government House.

“We are satisfied with your exceptional performance, not only for workers but across all sectors in Osun State. Your good work is everywhere.
