The Lagos State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board (LSCPWB) has advised intending pilgrims to represent Christ and the state with exemplary conduct during their pilgrimage to the Holy Land.

During the 2024 Pilgrimage Service of Dedication, the Board Secretary, Mrs. Yetunde Gbafe, highlighted the importance of pilgrims supporting one another, actively participating in the program, and maintaining a focus on the spiritual essence of the pilgrimage.

Mrs. Gbafe expressed gratitude to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his support and leadership, urging the pilgrims to engage in intercessory prayers throughout their journey.

Bishop Stephen Adegbite, Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), prayed for the pilgrims’ safety and encouraged them to remain united, prayerful, and focused to experience a profound spiritual encounter with the Lord.

The First Lady, represented by Very Reverend Bukola Adeleke, encouraged the pilgrims to use the pilgrimage as an opportunity for spiritual renewal and faith strengthening, while also praying for peace in Lagos State and the nation.

The LSCPWB has scheduled the airlifting of Christian pilgrims to the Holy Land for December 22.
