Former federal legislator, Shina Peller, has clarified that the well-known TikToker Peller is not part of his family.
In an interview with Channels TV, Peller explained that while the Professor Peller family lineage is large, the young TikTok personality does not belong to it.
He further clarified that his family adopted the surname “Peller” because of his father’s career as a magician.
While recognizing that the TikToker has successfully used the name to build his popularity, Peller made it clear that they are not connected by blood.
“Truly, Professor Peller’s family is quite extended, but he is not a member of the family.
“The name ‘Peller’ was given to our father as a magician and it’s a name that the family has adopted since the time of my father.
“So, Peller, the comedian is not a member of the Peller family. It’s a successful name. He’s just being smart. He’s being able to pop with the name. You can’t blame him but I can tell you categorically that he’s not a member of the Peller family”, he said.
