BURNA BOY WARNS SPEED DARLINGTON: “YOU’LL GO BACK TO DETENTION IF YOU MISBEHAVE AGAIN”
Grammy-winning musician Burna Boy, whose real name is Damini Ogulu, has responded to the release of his contentious coworker Speed Darlington from Kuje prison.
Weeks after being granted bail, Darlington was freed on Tuesday. He had been arrested and held by the police for allegedly accusing Burna Boy of having an illicit relationship with troubled American rapper and music mogul Diddy.
Reacting to his release, Burna Boy threatened to send Akpi back to detention if he “misbehaved” again.
He warned that this time around there would be no mercy.
“If you like misbehave again, you’ll go back to where you come from! And this time around, there will be no mercy! Don’t m*ss with ODG,” he wrote in an Instagram post on Tuesday night.
