“BE GOOD BRAND AMBASSADORS”, LSMTL ADVISES STAFF
The General Manager of the Lagos State Materials Testing Laboratory Agency (LSMTL), Engr. Olayinka Abdul, has urged the agency’s personnel to provide diligent service while fulfilling the agency’s mandate in material testing processes.
During the first official prayer session with the staff, Engr. Abdul encouraged the team to direct their energy towards improving service delivery, highlighting that their efforts would be suitably rewarded in 2025 as part of LSMTL’s updated motivational scheme.
The General Manager said, “Productive energy will yield tremendous benefits. Thus, I urge you to display impeccable delivery on every assignment. Let your best not be quantified whilst at it, but one that exudes absolute commitment. Remember, your deployment is predestined into this Agency, often requiring positive actions, so be good brand ambassadors”.
While calling for transparent leadership amongst the management team, Engr. Abdul stated “All interactions with consultants will require professional support that you will need to give as Policymakers of government. When you operate transparent leadership, there are opportunities for criticism that will shed more light on beliefs and opinions for strategic remodifications. I fervently believe such development will stimulate progress and place value on your professionalism”.
Additionally, the Director of Human Resource and Administration, Mr. Adewunmi Abayomi, urged the workforce to complete their duties without resorting to negativity or improper attitudes.
The event included prayer sessions and motivational talks led by the General Manager alongside the agency’s staff.
