I’M AT PEACE WITH MY LOVING HUSBAND; BATTERED WOMAN ASSURES NIGERIANS IN NEW VIDEO

Warri, Delta State based; Peace Livinus who  was allegedly battered by her husband, has assured Nigerians that she is at “peace with her loving husband”.

In a live video released on her Facebook account, Peace Livinus said her husband “has never done a thing like this since we got married.

“After the incident, he has taken me to Central Government Hospital in Warri for medical check-up and treatment. My sight are perfectly in order.

“He has also administered the prescribed medication by the specialist”.

“I showed disrespect to my husband by calling him out, he has never hurt me since we got married.

“I am in my matrimonial home in peace and well taken care of and I have not regretted marrying my husband as he is my God on earth.

“I repeat that no-one, individual, bloggers or any organisation should harm or further stress my lovely husband, Mr Livinus because I also have my part in this whole situation and i will always stand by my husband forever and see God’s purpose for our family comes to fulfillment because there is no perfection in human flesh, we all make mistakes, there is no one that is perfect.

“I willingly made this presentation to avoid any further reaction from bloggers, organisations or individuals against my husband.

“Those that are crying more than the bereaved should stop because I am in peace with my husband and as you can see my eyes is getting better and the pain has relieved, I don’t need any harm on my husband because of this issue.

“Thank you for showing concern.”

In a viral video on Thursday, Peace Livinus had alleged that her husband beat her to a pulp for wearing a revealing singlet for ‘school runs’.

In the footage, the visibly distraught woman can be seen weeping as she displays her swollen face. The video has sparked outrage online, however, authorities are yet to respond to the incident.
