
POPULAR LAGOS-BASED MUSICIAN, MUKAILA SENWELE, IS DEAD
Lagos-based musician Mukaila Senwele, known for his famous phrase “Koni Da Fun Ebo To Se Costay,” has passed away.
A family source confirmed that the musician died on Friday night.
Senwele, originally from Ilorin West Local Government Area in Kwara State, was renowned for his outstanding performances and distinctive entertainment style, which earned him admiration among socialites.
According to a family member, Mukaila had not exhibited any signs of illness prior to his death.
“There was no indication of sickness. He spent the day with his fans and even promised to visit the family house (Ile Esinrogunjo) later in the evening,” the source shared.
According to reports the family received an emergency call about his passing from where he had been lodging with fans.
“Upon arrival, my elder brother (name withheld) and others attempted to rush him to the hospital, but we lost Mukaila to the cold hands of death,” the source added.
