ASAKE OFFICIALLY LEAVES YBNL, LAUNCHES HIS OWN LABEL
Nigerian singer Ahmed Ololade, widely known as Asake, has confirmed that he has left YBNL Nation.
There had been rumors suggesting Asake’s departure from Olamide’s YBNL under contentious circumstances.
Asake confirmed his exit by releasing his new song, “Why Love,” under his own label, Giran Republic.
Earlier this year, the singer paid tribute to Olamide in his single, “Military,” dispelling any rumors of a falling out between them.
Asake signed with YBNL Nation in February 2022.
