DELTA COURT REMANDS UNCLE FOR MURDERING NEPHEW OVER PROPERTY CONFLICT

A man only known as Austin has been placed under detention at the Nigerian Correctional Centre, Okere, by a High Court in Effurun, Uvwie LGA, Delta State, for allegedly killing his nephew over possessions.
The Delta State Police Command charged the suspect in court on Tuesday.
As you may remember, the suspect is accused of killing his late sister’s sole kid on January 23, 2025, over the properties she left behind.
Comrade Israel Joe, a human rights advocate, appeared in court with the deceased’s expectant wife.
Justice had to win out in this case, Joe had insisted.
