BREAKING: LAGOS COURT DIRECTS OBA OTUDEKO TO APPEAR IN COURT FOR ‘N30BN FRAUD’ TRIAL
Oba Otudeko has been directed to enter a plea to the allegations brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission by the Federal High Court in Lagos.
On Monday, Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke issued the directive.
Recall that Otudeko and three other people were charged with 13 counts by the EFCC in connection with a purported N30 billion loan fraud.
The judge stated during the hearing that Otudeko had to enter his plea before the court could rule on an application contesting its jurisdiction over the case.
The case was then postponed until May 8 by the judge.
