
BREAKING: REPS PASS TINUBU TAX REFORM BILLS
President Bola Tinubu forwarded four tax reform legislation to the National Assembly in October 2024, and the House of Representatives passed them on Tuesday.
Recall that the House last Thursday reviewed and adopted the report of the House Committee on Finance, which included certain recommendations, especially in contentious areas like inheritance and value-added tax.
The proposed reforms are anticipated to be delivered to the president for his consent in the next days, while the Senate passes the laws in a similar manner.
