BUSINESS NEWS: AIR PEACE CUTS AIRFARE ON LONDON-LAGOS ROUTE

Travelers who connect from destinations throughout Nigeria to London with one extra piece of luggage will receive an N600,000 airfare cut, according to Air Peace.
The promotion ends on March 31, 2025, with an extended travel time until April 15, 2025, according to a statement released by the firm on Wednesday and signed by Dr. Ejike Ndiulo, Head of Corporate Communications.
It said, “As the largest airline in West and Central Africa, Air Peace remains steadfast in its vision of fostering prosperity through reliable air travel, reinforcing Nigeria’s position as a key player in global aviation.
“With its expanding domestic and international routes, the airline is making it easier for people to explore new opportunities and for businesses to thrive in an interconnected world.”
According to Ndiulo, the revelation was made during the Silverbird Man of the Year 2024 Awards, which were recently hosted in Lagos, by Allen Onyenma, the airline’s chairman.
He added that five winners—Abodede Samuel Opeyemi, Comfort Bassey, and Folajimi Olayinka Oduyebo—were given return economy tickets to any of Air Peace’s domestic locations through a raffle draw held during the event. Osuagwu Nwamarachi and Eremu Precious won gold with economy return tickets to London, giving them smooth travel experiences throughout Air Peace’s vast route network.
Ndiulo claims that the program demonstrates the airline’s goal of facilitating air travel while enabling people and companies to realize their greatest potential.
Quoting the airline’s founder, Ndiulo, emphasized the airline’s role in driving socio-economic development through its robust CSR initiatives.
