FALLEN CONTAINER BLOCKS PART OF SERVICE LANE ALONG LAGOS-IBADAN CORRIDOR NEAR NASFAT ISLAMIC CENTRE
A fallen container has partially occupied the service lane after Nasfat Islamic Centre along the Lagos-Ibadan corridor, causing traffic disruptions. In response to this incident, a team from the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) was deployed to the location to assess the situation.
The FRSC team, along with a tow truck operator, attempted to move the container off the road. However, they discovered that the container was heavily loaded with goods, making it a challenge for a standard tow truck to remove it.

While considering alternative solutions, including the deployment of a crane service, the FRSC has taken immediate measures to ensure safety by cordoning off the area with reflective tape to alert oncoming vehicles. Authorities are still working on resolving the situation.
