TESCOM CONDUCTS CBT FOR PROSPECTIVE PRINCIPALS, VICE PRINCIPALS
The Lagos State Teaching Service Commission today conducted a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for intending principals and vice principals in Lagos State Public Schools.
In her opening remark, Chairman of the Commission, Mrs. Victoria Mopelola Peregrino said the exercise is one of the processes taken by the Commission to appoint sound and well-rounded 21st century school administrators.
Mrs. Peregrino said that the choice of CBT in the selection of Principals and Vice Principals underscores the need for a credible and competitive mode of selection that will erase the belief that only those with godfathers are selected to duty posts.
She urged them to be orderly, courageous, well dressed at all times, punctual at their duty post, and ready to work hard to produce intelligent and competent future leaders.
The CBT exercise which took place in PSSDC, Magodo covers Public Service Communication, Public Service Rules (PSR), Core Professional Knowledge, General Management, Financial Regulations, Logical and Verbal Reasoning, Policy Thrust and General knowledge.
