EID-EL-FITR: LAGOS COMMISSIONER, BOLAJI DADA CELEBRATES WOMEN, UNITY, EMPOWERMENT

The Lagos State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Hon. Bolaji Cecilia Dada, has extended heartfelt Eid-el-Fitr greetings to Muslim women and families across the state, emphasizing the values of unity, compassion, and empowerment.

In her message, Dada highlighted the significance of Eid as a time for reflection, gratitude, and spreading love, urging the people of Lagos to uphold the lessons of kindness and solidarity learned during Ramadan.

She reaffirmed the Lagos State Government’s commitment to empowering women and alleviating poverty, stressing the administration’s dedication to creating a brighter and more prosperous future for all residents.

Her statement reads, “On this joyous occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, i extend my warmest greetings to all Muslim women and families in Lagos State.

“As we celebrate the end of Ramadan, may this season bring you peace, joy, and abundant blessings.

“Eid is a time for reflection, gratitude, and sharing love with those around us.

“Let us continue to uphold the values of compassion, unity, and kindness that this holy month has taught us.

“The Lagos State Government remains committed to empowering women and alleviating poverty, ensuring a brighter future for all,” she said.

The Commissioner wished all Muslim faithful a blessed and fulfilling Eid celebration, calling for continued efforts to foster unity and progress in Lagos State.
