IKOSI-ISHERI LCDA ACCELERATES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AS PROJECT COMMISSIONING ENTERS DAY 3

The transformation wave sweeping across Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA) continues to gain momentum as the week-long commissioning of strategic infrastructure projects entered its third day on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

Under the dynamic leadership of the Mayoress, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, the council’s commitment to grassroots development was once again on display as six more roads were officially unveiled, reinforcing the administration’s promise of progress and prosperity for all.

The projects commissioned on Day 3 include:

Oba Onikosi Drive Phase I

Oba Onikosi Drive Phase II

Atinmo Street

Olabisi Balogun Street

Ogunkoya Street

Adeyomoye Street

These newly upgraded roads not only improve mobility and connectivity for residents but also enhance the overall aesthetics and economic potential of the Ikosi-Isheri community.

The Mayoress, who has continually emphasized her passion for grassroots development, expressed satisfaction with the quality and pace of the projects. She reaffirmed her administration’s unwavering dedication to making life easier for residents by delivering people-centered infrastructure that meets the growing needs of the LCDA.
