Nollywood actress Regina Daniels’ younger sister, Destiny Daniels, has stated that she is amenable to being married to a younger man.
In a TikTok video, Destiny disclosed that while she is looking for a young partner, she is still considering marrying an older man in order to follow in her sister’s footsteps.
“As I dey find young boyfriend, I still dey observe my big sister path”.
Regina Daniels surprised the public when she married politician Ned Nwoko in April 2019, despite their 38-year age gap.
Opening up about her marriage, Regina shared that she’s naturally strong-willed and chose to marry someone older so she could be more submissive in the relationship. Ned Nwoko, meanwhile, dismissed rumors that he was introduced to Regina by her mother, clarifying that they met, fell in love, and tied the knot within three weeks.
In May, the couple marked their 5th wedding anniversary with a video from a photoshoot. Regina described their five years together as incredible, full of love and shared experiences. Ned echoed her sentiments, calling the years with her both meaningful and eventful, and noted that their journey was just beginning.
During a TikTok live session late last year, Regina recalled that her family, especially her mother, initially opposed the marriage. She refuted claims that she was forced into the union, revealing that she had over 20 boyfriends at the time and was actually on her way to see one when she first met Ned.
