… one agent allowed, followers prohibited
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State has fixed Saturday, May 10, 2025, for its chairmanship primaries across all 57 Local Government Areas and Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs).
The exercise will take place at the APC State Secretariat on Acme Road, Ogba, and will be conducted via the indirect primary method.
In a directive issued ahead of the exercise, the party leadership warned that no aspirant is allowed to mobilize followers or supporters to the venue. Each aspirant is permitted to attend with only one collation agent, and any violation of this rule may result in disqualification.
The party says the measure is aimed at maintaining peace, order, and transparency during the selection process.
