WORSHIPPERS KIDNAPPED, OTHERS INJURED AS BANDITS ATTACK ZAMFARA MOSQUE

Several worshippers were kidnapped and others injured when armed bandits attacked a mosque during evening prayers in Unguwar Galadunci, a community in Anka Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
According to security analyst Bakatsine in a post on X, the incident happened during the Isha’i (night) prayer on Friday.
”Yesterday evening during Isha prayer, bandits stormed a mosque in Unguwar Galadunci, Anka LGA, Zamfara State. Several worshippers were abducted and others injured. A devastating blow as northwest communities face relentless attacks,” Bakatsine wrote.
As of the time of filing this report, authorities were yet to release an official statement on the incident, and the exact number of abducted victims remains unclear.
