Many Polling Units all around the country have recorded the earling arrival of election materials by agents of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
In Maiduguri, the Borno State Capital; many polling units recorded the presence of electoral agents as early as 7;30am
In Kontagora, Niger State; election officials were already moving to their respective polling units.
Yola, Adamawa State; election officials were already on ground as early as 7:00am in many polling units
