FMWH ANNOUNCE SUSPENSION OF WORK ON LAGOS-IBADAN EXPRESSWAY

From June 27th to July 2nd, 2023, Construction work will commence on Monday, July 3, 2023.
Due to recent heavy traffic flow on the Lagos Shagamu route, inclement weather conditions, the upcoming Eid Kabir, and the advice of the traffic management team deployed to manage traffic related issues on the project, construction activities on this ever busy & very important highway will be suspended from Tuesday, June 27th to Sunday, July 2nd,2023.
This is to facilitate travel throughout the Eid vacation and to reduce inconvenience during this critical time.
Travelers are encouraged to work with the Traffic Management Team that has been deployed.
Travelers are advised to cooperate with Traffic Management Team deployed on the highway to manage traffic.
