PRESIDENT TINUBU REMAINS COMMITTED TO SAFEGUARDING NIGERIA’S DEMOCRACY – SHETTIMA
Vice President Kashim Shettima, has said that President Bola Tinubu is still committed to preserving Nigeria’s democracy and will utilize his position to continue to create an unbreakable tie between the administration and the legislature.
In light of this, he gave the National Assembly’s leadership assurances about the President’s stated commitment to enshrine democratic ideas and values through cooperative engagement with all branches of government.
The Vice President spoke on Friday at the Four Points by Sheraton in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State, when he opened a retreat for the leadership of the 10th National Assembly.
