‘I HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH HIM’, ATIKU REACTS TO TINUBU’S SLIP AT EAGLES SQUARE
Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, sympathised with President Bola Tinubu over a slipping incident that happened to him while he was trying to board a presidential parade vehicle at the 2024 Democracy Day event.
According to Hotjist reports, Tinubu, on Wednesday, missed his steps and fell as he was about to step onto the parade vehicle but was quickly helped up by his security details.
The development has continued to generate different reactions on social media, with many sympathising with the President.
Joining netizens to react to the incident, Atiku, via a post on X, described it as ‘unfortunate,’ saying that he hoped the president was in good condition.

Atiku tweeted, “I sincerely sympathise with President Bola Tinubu, @officialABAT, over this unfortunate incident as he was set to review the parade on Democracy Day. I do hope that all is well with him. -AA.”
Earlier, the Special Assistant to President Tinubu on Social Media, Dada Olusegun, reacted to the incident, describing it as a ‘mild misstep,’ saying that the president is in good condition.
